A ground-floor studio built around its own private garden terrace — step straight outside to grass and shade instead of a hallway. The kitchenette, queen bed, and dedicated desk nook follow the same considered layout as our other studios, with an in-unit washing machine added for longer stays.
Mornings here start on the terrace with coffee before the city wakes up; evenings tend to end the same way. A quieter, more private alternative to our upper-floor studios, just as close to everything else.
